The leader of opposition Betty Aol Ochan has made changes to the shadow cabinet, appointing Rubaga South MP Kato Lubwama and Kampala Central MP Muhammad Nsereko to the opposition front bench.
Lubwama (Independent), a former dramatist, was named shadow minister for Culture and Performing Arts while Nsereko, NRM leaning independent MP is the minister for Security.
Ochan said on Thursday that the changes are aimed at revitalizing the opposition ahead of the 2021 elections.
