President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni is expected to announce a new cabinet reshuffle in which Uganda Peoples Defence Forces (UPDF) Generals are set to land big positions in government.
Infact,our sources within the corridors of power intimated to this reporter that most likely tomorrow Tuesday,26th Nov,2019 could be a historic moment for some ‘serial eaters’ of this banana republic of ours.
Our sources revealed some Generals’ names lined up for big positions as the fountain of honor appoints and disappoints his new cabinet that will mostly target the 2021 general elections. They include; former Inspector General of Police (IGP) Gen. Kale Kayihura, renegade UPDF Gen. David Ssejusa aka Tinyefuza, former Security Minister Gen. Henry Tumukunde and Brig. Gen.Ronnie Balya, who is the Ugandan ambassador to South Sudan currently.
According to our impeccable sources, security expert Ronnie Balya is heading to ministry of security as minister.
Other long serving government officials who are set to be appointed to juicy positions include; Hon. Evelyn Anite, First Lady and Sports Minister Hon. Janet Kataha Museveni, State Minister for Investment Hon. Evelyn Anite, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) minister Frank Tumwebaze, among others.
