Munyonyo: Hon Fred Mukasa Mbidde has today sealed it officially when he legally and religiously wedded his beauteous Phiona Nayebale at Munyonyo Martyrs’ Shrine – Uganda Martyrs Basilica in an event graced by powerful money magnets, politicians, and diplomats.
This was after the multibillion kuhinjira/giveaway party that was held on Wednesday at Afro Park Hotel, Muyenga where the family of Mr. Emmanuel and Esther Tayebwa Rutamwebwa of Ankole gave away their beloved daughter Nayebale to Hon Mbidde.
Among those who attended today’s church service as Mbidde officially put the ring on Nayebale’s finger included city business mogul and regional tycoon Godfrey Kirumira who is the Chairman of Kwagalana Group, a club of the wealthiest tycoons in Uganda that was founded in 2002.
Others were former Speaker EAC Parliament Martin Ngoga who is currently Rwanda’s envoy to Kenya, Uganda’s Minister of Justice & Constitutional Affairs dubbed DP Party President Nobert Mao, Workers’ MP Hon. Arinaitwe Rwakajara, Uganda’s representative to EAC Assembly Gerald Siranda, to mention but a few.
The church service was presided over by Severus Jjumba the Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Masaka who urged the couple to sacrifice for each other if they are to keep their love strong for the next decades.
”There is no way you can hold this love without, sacrificing for each other, understanding each other and understanding that challenges and mistakes are made for people but what matters is how you calmly sort them out and move on. So i request you to know that the vowels you have taken today are permanent in your lives and your new family you’re starting today, kindly respect them,” preached Bishop Jjumba.
From Church, the couple was driven in a multi-million brand new Range Rovers to Lake Victoria Serena Golf Resort & Spa where they hosted their guests. After they will board their boat at Kigo en route to Comoros for their honeymoon. Now enjoy the pictorial below;
