Police lost 2-1 to Maroons in their previous game at Luzira and are now ready to walk away with the win against URA in Njeru technical center at 4:30pm
The match will be played after the Express and Maroons game on the same field, since Express’ home ground Mutesa II Wankulukuku Stadium was banned by FUFA on 30th October because of its terrible state.
Police have been usual clients of URA in the last 18 matches played against each other; they have drawn only 6 matches and won 12.
URA will seek to come back from a draw of 1-1 against SC Villa at Luzira after they conceded in the dying minute.
Both sides have won only once in their last five games. URA defeated Onduparaka 2-1 in Arua while Police won with the same scoreline against Wakiso Giants.
Abdallah Mubiru’s charges are second from the bottom with five points after 10 games while URA are 12th with 11 points.
Coming into this game, Sam Ssimbwa will look up to Shafik Kagimu, Cromwell Rwothomio, Said Kyeyune and youngster Joachim Ojera.
Ssimbwa’s equal number Mubiru will have to rely on Pius Kaggwa, Ben Ocen and Hood Kaweesa in search of a positive result.
