Grief At Peak! Kampala Lord Mayor Faints During Requiem Mass For Archbishop Lwanga

Kampala: Kampala City Lord Mayor, Salongo Erias Lukwago has left mourners at Lubaga Catholic Church in panic after fainting during requiem mass of fallen clergy the Kampala Archbishop Dr. Cyprian Lwanga.

Lukwago collapsed in a VIP section in his chair today afternoon.

The Lord Mayor was then evacuated from the church by two men and passed through the door linking to the priest’s residence and reportedly rushed to a yet-to-be-identified hospital.

TheSpy Uganda could not immediately verify why Lukwago fainted but he was recently diagnosed with acute anaphylaxis which became persistent on treatment before hospitalizing him in Kenya’s Agakhan Hospital.

Several health information experts describe anaphylaxis as a serious allergic reaction.

It occurs rapidly and delays in seeking treatment could lead to death. Anaphylaxis happens when the immune system overreacts to a trigger. (Ultram)
