US President Joe Biden Sends Special Message To Museveni Ahead Of 59th Independence

Kampala: United States of America President, Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. has penned a special message to his counterpart HE.Yoweri Kaguta Museveni Tibuhabaurwa for the 59th Independence anniversary.

TheSpy Uganda has since learnt that Biden’s letter was delivered to Museveni by US Ambassador to Uganda, HE. Natalie E. Brown.

The same news has since been confirmed by the President himself via his tweeter noting that he held a meeting with Ambassador Natalie at State House Entebbe where the two discussed bilateral and regional matters.

The President further discloses that the Ambassador also delivered a special message from H.E Joe Biden.

”I met with USA Ambassador to Uganda H.E. Natalie Brown who called on me at State House Entebbe. We discussed bilateral and regional issues. The Ambassador also delivered a special message from H.E Joe Biden,” noted Museveni.

The development comes few days to 9th October 2021 when Ugandans will be celebrating 59 years of independence a national event that will be held at Kololo Ceremonial Grounds.
