Entebbe, Uganda: City mogul Sudhir Ruparelia, who formerly owned Crane Bank, is still swimming in billions of dime despite the ‘little glitches’ his frienemies are plotting against him. Our Spy can reveal that the Money Doctor is investing heavily in real estate business and on Monday unveiled a swanky, luxurious multi Billion hotel which he is set to erect on the shores of Lake Victoria,at Ssese Beach.
In a WhatsApp chat with this reporter on Monday, the money bags contended that 2019 is a year of serious development and that this is his ‘in-thing’ for 2019 after officially opening Kingdom Kampala that is already up and running.
The fobes Magazine icon said he plans to revamp the once popular Entebbe Ssese Gate Way beach into a seven star Resort hotel that will send his frienemies coiling their tails.
Although the details about the cost of the hotel are yet to be revealed, Spy Uganda confirmed from an independent source with in the Ruparelia family that this project will cost them a whooping US$100 million.
Sudhir is Uganda’s top hotelier. He owns Resort Beach Hotel Entebbe, Speke Resort Munyonyo, Kabira Country Club, Speke Apartments among other recreational centers.
