The Star Times Uganda Premier League match day four continued on Wednesday at Kavumba Recreation Ground with hosts Bright Stars locking horns with the army side UPDF FC an encounter that ended in a 1-1 draw.
Peter Emmanuel Loki put the hosts in the driving seat in the 35th minute but Abasi Kyeyune leveled the ground for UPDF before he went ahead to collect the pilsner man of the match award.
Elsewhere, the Express, Gaddafi match that was halted due to the heavy downpour on Tuesday was also played and it ended in a 1-1 draw.
Allan Kiyiwa scored for the Red Eagles in the 9th minute of the game before Brian Kalumba secured a point for the newly promoted side Gaddafi. Yaya Mahad Kakooza was voted pilsner man of match.
The Star Times Uganda Premier League returns on Thursday with table leaders BUL up against SC Villa in second place both at seven points and Wakiso Giants hosting newly promoted Bukedea side Blacks Power FC in Wakiso.
