Nakulabye: Kampala Metropolitan Police is on a hunt for a yet to be known thugs that broke into Alpha Medical Pharmaceutical 2012 LTD in Kasubi, Rubaga Division and took off with both money and drugs.
The incident happened in the drizzling wee hours of Thursday, October 17, 2019. It is believed that thugs used that chance to break into the pharmacy.
Rafiki the owner of the pharmacy told TheSpy Uganda that “Unknown thugs came at night and entered the pharmacy through metallic ventilators and robbed money equivalent to 300,000 and some drugs.
Preliminary police findings indicate that thugs used break-in implements to break the padlocks and failed thus passing through ventilators. They also switched off three security lights to create a lot of darkness.
Nakulabye Police took exhibits and finger prints to continue with investigations.
