City tycoon Sudhir Ruparelia, who is popularly known as Kampala’s Biggest Landlord, is not about to give up on his ambition of lighting up the Central Business District (CBD) with modernised arcades and shopping malls.
Just a few months after opening Kingdom Kampala Plaza, Sudhir under Meera Investments LTD, his real estate company, has this morning of Saturday unveiled another swanky commercial building in Kampala, called Electrical Plaza,located on market street.
Spy Uganda can authoritatively report that Meera Investments Ltd has already launched the swanky multi billion Plaza this morning amidist heavy rains, and it’s now open to traders.
But unlike other city landlords who are always mean with tenants when it comes to rent, Sudhir has expressed rare generosity by offering customers 3 free months rent.
The building located on Plot 11 Market Street at the confluence of Market Street and Kiyembe Lane, Electrical Plaza is made up of 220 shops, 56 apartments and 2 floors of parking and is ideal for dealers in electronics and electrical appliances.
