Former Supreme Court Judge Justice George Kanyeihamba says he expects Kyadondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine to be in charge of the country by 2021.
While appearing on NBS TV to discuss the Lake Victoria tragedy, Kanyeihamba condemned the disaster stating that Ugandans should blame police because they were there not the ministry.
“I blame entirely all the responsible people who were around not the ministry.”
Kanyeihamba said the government of Uganda and President Museveni were only interested in reacting to tragedies while prevention is not in their minds.
