Former Buyende DPC Muhammed Kirumira commonly known as Mwoyo Gwa Ggwanga has on Saturday night been gunned down together with his wife in Bulenga, a Kampala surbab as they returned home!
The assailants,after shooting them dashed unto a waiting boda boda and got lost into thin air. Kirumira has been battling with police leadership over alleged misbehavior. He was demoted. More details to follow…Â
