The Leader of Opposition in Parliament (LoP) Betty Aol Ocan, who is also the Gulu Woman Member of Parliament, on Monday morning survived nasty accident along the Gulu-Kampala highway.
According to eyewitness who rushed to her rescue, the accident is said to have happened at around 7:00Am near Bobi Trading Centre in Omoro District and Hon. Acan was driving to Kampala, when her official vehicle, a Land Cruiser VX registration number UG 0346H lost and veered off the road before plunging into a ditch.
We have however learnt that Hon. Acan’s health is in stable condition and we shall bring you the updates soon!
