KAMPALA, Uganda: The queen of Buganda Nabagereka Sylvia Nagginda seems to have picked keen interest  in real estate business and is investing heavily into residential properties these days.
Our Spies have learnt that the Nabagereka has pumped over Shs2Bn in an apartment block that has been erected in the posh Nakasero city suburb. The apartment block that sits on over 3 acres is known as Ssanga Apartments and it is located on Plot 34C Kyadondo. The apartment block which towers in the skies of Kampala was named after Nabagereka’s only child princes Katrina Ssangalyambogo, hence the name Ssanga Apartments.
We have also learnt that these apartments which range from one to three bedrooms are both for both rental and sale.
