Bukedea T/C rallied from a goal down to beat regional rivals Light SS 2-1 in the first ever top flight Teso derby at Emokori Playground, Bukedea on Thursday.
On form Isaac Tegu and Emmanuel Obua scored the goals for the hosts to cancel out Oloro’s first half goal for the visitors.
Oloro put the Lighters in the lead in the 20th minute and they held on to the lead until half time with Bukedea also missing several chances in the half time.
Eight minutes after the break, Emmanuel Obua equalised with a stunning free kick for Mwayi Saleh’s side and with twenty minutes to the final whistle, Isaac Tegu scored the winner to send the home fans into frenzy.
Bukedea move into seven points after securing back to back wins, against UPDF & Light SS respectively.
The Makers and Shakers will travel to West Nile to face Nebbi Central FC in the next fixture.
