Engineers are laying final hands on Dr. Sudhir Ruparelia’s multibillion Pearl Business Park. The highly anticipated project, developed by Meera Investments, is set to reshape the city’s commercial skyline with its modern design and state-of-the-art facilities.
Located on Yusuf Lule Road, a prime location in Kampala, Pearl Business Park will span over 124,560 square meters, offering a mix of corporate offices, residential units, retail outlets and more.
According to Dr. Sudhir, the chairman of Ruparelia Group, the facility will feature cutting-edge infrastructure, ample parking space, and green spaces, making it not only a business hub but also a centre of innovation and sustainability.

Dr. Sudhir further added that Pearl Business Park which boasts of several floors with impressive architectural designs will house a variety of office spaces, conference centres, restaurants, and high-end retail stores.
