Former NBS TV journalist Julius Bukyana has joined Victoria University as the new Corporate and Public Affairs Manager-TheSpy Uganda reports.
Bukyana holds a Bachelors of Science in Journalism and Mass Communication and a Masters Degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from Nkumba University.
The news has been announced by the University’s most hardworking Vice Chancellor, Prof.Lawrence Muganga describing Bukyana as a great source.

Bukyana who recently participated in the East Africa Legislative Assembly (EALA) elections, resigned from NBS TV in 2022 where he had worked for a couple of years as news anchor, political reporter, show host and producer.
After this juicy appointment, Bukyana vowed to work tirelessly to uplift the University image at both local and international level using his media competencies and connections.
”This is a career switch though not far from the media, am to make Victoria University a brand to look out for as I serve. Am going to use my media competencies and connections for a better VU,” said Bukyana.
