This has been confirmed by the Fort Portal re-elected Member of Parliament, Hon Alex Ruhunda who has revealed via his famous social media platforms that today’s morning the team has received a new kit from ”new sponsor 1XBET” that included jerseys and balls.

According to the cheque given to Tooro United, 1XBET has kicked off the sponsorship with Ugandan shillings one hundred thirteen million, eight hundred and sixty thousand (UGX113, 860, 000).

”It was a very colourful ceremony that depicts a new era in Tooro football. We continue to buy the kits to boost the club,” said Hon. Ruhunda.

Ruhunda also announced thus; ”On Sunday we have a do or die match to determine going to the premier league.”

Tooro United Football Club dearly missed the opportunity to seal a direct slot to the Uganda Premier League on matchday 13 of the 2021 FUFA Big League.

A goalless home draw with Luwero United postponed the celebration parties and festivities for Tooro United who only required maximum points to seal the feat.
