Uganda’s football governing body,Federation of Uganda Football Association (FUFA) has finally settled former national team coach, Milutin ‘Micho’Sredojevic’s debt of Shs194 million (US$54,000),sources have confirmed.

“We are happy to announce that we have finally paid the debt of UGX194 million (US$54,000) to Sredojevic. We received US$20,000 from the government and the balance of US$34,000 we got it from our reserves and paid the debt”, said Decolas Kiiza, FUFA’s head of Finance during a press briefing at the headquarters in Mengo on Wed.
Sredojevic terminated his contract to train Uganda Cranes on July 29th last year because of the accumulated debts of US$54,000 that the Federation had struggled to pay invain.
