Kampala: In another move to oust President Museveni from Entebbe State house before May 2021, Kyagulanyi’s international lawyers have sent him a dot by dot evidence that best describes the just-concluded January 14, elections as the most sham to ever happen on the earth planet, which actually some law pundits believe will kick Museveni out of office via court.

Meanwhile, TheSpy Uganda sources have confirmed that this report is already in the good hands of Bobi Wine and, In fact, it’s what his lawyers attempted to add on their evidence when they sought an amendment in court last week with little success so far.

Kyagulanyi’s International lawyers, sources have told TheSpy Uganda that had all along been gathering evidence by ‘osmosis’ as the campaigns went on, and all information was being kept in the cloud, in that, only God who lives in the clouds can tamper with it. “No man on earth, can delete their information or even access it without their own consent, that’s how smart those guys abroad are,” an insider revealed.
“Forget about the previous petitions by Amama Mbabazi and others where the court found ‘solace’ on ‘lack of enough evidence’ sloganeerings, this one even takes you back via a video link to the actual act they’re talking about. Evidence is overwhelming, both photos and videos are attached. Let’s do our job well, we wait for the courts to either put a rope and hung themselves or help themselves out of captivity forever,” another one added.
According to the report, the election itself was held in an atmosphere of repression and coercion. It adds that the military
personnel and police fanned out throughout Uganda beginning the day before the election.
“Trains of armed personnel carriers and other military vehicles snaked through Kampala and other towns and cities, as seen on this excerpted video,” it states.
The report further states that the purpose of such deployment was to coerce Ugandans by a show of the force from engaging in protest following the election and to fear turning out to vote.
The report says the election failed all norms of voting privacy saying it frequently took place “in the presence
of government officials and often police and soldiers and officials often closed polling places early, directed voters to vote
only for parliament members or handed voters ballots pre-marked for General Museveni, the incumbent whose name conveniently was last on the column to facilitate easy and rapid check-off en masse.”

The report further notes that compounding the absence of observers, Uganda ordered its telecommunications authority to close all social media apps and platforms immediately prior to the election, eventually extending such closure to the entire internet, shutting all internet service.
According to the report, the strategy was intended to prevent citizens from documenting voting abuses on the internet and to prevent campaigns from moving poll watchers to voting stations and to prevent candidates from motivating their supporters to vote.
Lawyers have documented overwhelming evidence that can be used to describe the election as not free, fair and peaceful, which is a benchmark for any election organized by the electoral commission to pass the mark.
