Hundreds across all age groups in Teso have registered for the famous Adere challenge due to take place at the Teso Kampala Carnival, Isaac Olupot the managing director has confirmed.
Other activities arranged for the day include; Cultural Exhibitions ranging from food, dress code, regalia, Traditional dances and poetry, Miss TAH contest, Adere challenge, Amoru challenge and performances from the artistes from the region.
This 3rd edition of the event is set to bring together all Iteso across all regions of the country and beyond the boarders like Kenya, South Sudan and Ethiopia.
Isaac Olupot, the managing director has promised revelers to come prepared for a remarkable event.
“This year’s event is going to be a memorable event, every year has a unique improvement and this year is going to be marvelous,” he said.
It’s important to note that the event organizers scrapped off the entry fee in order to bring onboard every tribe who would love to witness the ‘Wise People from the East’ exhibit their adorable cultural deeds.
The Teso Kampala Carnival is slated for this Saturday (December 8th) at Lugogo Forest Mall Exhibition Grounds starting at 11am till late.
