Addressing assorted village groups of 200 people from the Parishes of Kasubi, Lunguja, Nakulabye and Lubya, Beti warned voters to be-aware of leaders who only denigrate and character assassinating people of diverse political affiliations, misleading the youths into riots and insurrections instead of offering alternative programs.
Kamya revealed that while all the opposition leaders are filthy rich they cannot sensitize their voters or aid them to advance their standards of living. “They just keep voters in darkness but won’t miss a day to draw their own salaries,” she noted.

She further challenged them that if they can’t serve the people adequately as per their responsibility, they should resign and fight the government out of leadership instead of preaching evil against yet they can’t reject the salary it pays them.
In history, Betty regretted to have wasted all her 30 years in opposition cursing and criticising President Museveni which she says has yielded no tangible results, adding that the little time she has spent in government she has realised and scooped a lot of achievements.
Later, she praised her self saying, “As a Minister of Kampala, several roads have been constructed including Kitunzi-Busega road in Lunguja, Namungoona road to Orthodox Church, several markets like that of Kasubi, Busega and many others have been well constructed to motivate hardworking Ugandans.”

While challenging opposition leaders in Rubaga North where she is contesting in the MP race, Kamya dared them to unveil what they have done for their voters who have entrusted them with leadership for the last 10 years.
She added, “On a personal level, as a good gesture, i have given out 500 Boda Bodas to light up the youths’ dreams, initiated ‘LUNDA SACCO’ for low income earners & small businesses, offered 5000 bursaries to various students in different universities, chicks and feeds to 3000 poultry farmers, given out hundreds of free fruit seedlings to my voters in a bid to maintain Uganda’s greenland.”
