IGP Ochola Transfers, Appoints 56 Police Officers

The Inspector General of police Martin Okoth Ochola has reshuffled and appointed several senior police officers in a recent police transfer list that was signed by the director Human Resource AIGP Balimwoyo Moses.

Among the transferred and appointed police officers were those who had just concluded their intermediate command course and senior command course from Bwebajja police training college a long Entebbe road.

Among them include SSP Akoth Caroline from course to Rwizi as (RPC), SP Tumwesigye Benard from course to Katonga as deputy RPC, SP Mucunguzi Jackson from course to Jinja Road as DPC, SP Birungi Scovia from course to Sheema as DPC, ASP Bakaleke Joseph from CPS Kampala to Kiryandongo as DPC, ASP Watwali Ronald from Kawempe to cps Kampala as DPC among others.

The deputy police spokesperson SP Patrick Onyango confirmed to TheSpy Uganda that transfers are normal and they are meant to increase on the effectiveness of the police work.
