Muhoozi is a Ugandan lieutenant general who serves as the commander of the land forces of the Uganda People’s Defence Force and was previously the commander of the Special Forces Command.

Netizens especially his followers who attempted tweeting him this evening were instead informed that the account they are trying to access doesn’t exist.

It remains unclear why Twitter decided to shut down General’s account which had boosted his popularity and support from netizens.

It’s however worth noting that these come few months after Twitter suspended multiple accounts of famous National Resistance Movement (NRM) party carders they were using to push party campaigns and publicize its achievements.

Remember that this Muhoozi’s same account was in 2017 hacked by an anonymous and started sharing strange tweets.

The news about the hack was revealed by the Spokesman of the UPDF Special Forces Command then, Maj. Chris Magezi after the shocking tweets that had taken social media by storm.

“Friends, attempts were made early this evening to compromise de @mkainerugaba account. Appropriate measures have now been taken to secure it,” Maj. Magezi tweeted then.
