Bukoto based Kabira Country Club’s 400 new apartments, 4 big ballrooms, 20 big meeting halls, and 30 specious conference rooms will be ready for use by Easter Holidays of 2024 and will be open to the public on Easter as an Easter gift from the Ruparelia group to the esteemed public, TheSpy Uganda can exclusively report. This was revealed by the Group’s Chairman, Dr.Sudhir Ruparelia on Tuesday afternoon during a luncheon with our very own Spy master, Andrew Irumba Katusabe while on a guided tour of the facility.
The Multi-Billion project is being handled by Crane Management Services (CMS), the real estate arm of the Ruparelia Group. The budding magnificent apartments, located in Bukoto in the outskirts of Kampala city will soon join the group of hotels and apartments as one of the 2023 business projects.
The group has been hailed for intensifying efforts to solve housing challenges and leading in the standardization of the hospitality services in the Uganda.
The building with spacious parking space is an addition to other properties like Kampala Boulevard on Kampala road, Market Plaza on Market Street, Speke Apartments on Wampeewo Avenue in Kololo, Speke Hotel in Kampala, Speke Resort Munyonyo among others, owned and managed by CMS.
With over 300 properties in Kampala and other major towns such as Mukono, Jinja, Mbale and Mbarara, the company that has the largest number of ongoing real estate projects, is also the largest private owner of commercial land in Kampala.
