St. Julian High school-Gayaza compass has named its new school library before the Buganda Kingdom Premier, Charles Peter Mayiga in recognition of his long time loyalty and enormous contribution towards the Kingdom and Kabaka Ronald Muwenda Mutebi.
The multimillion State-of-the-art four storreyed complex was officially commissioned by the Katikkiro Charles Peter Mayiga yesterday, Saturday 6, May 2023.
In his remarks, Katikkiro Mayiga urged the people of Uganda to extensively read books to sharpen their brains and get new transformational ideas.
The Director St. Julian Schools, Geoffrey Sserunjogi commended the Katikkkiro for his contribution towards the visible development of the Kingdom of Buganda despite numerous challenges.
Julian Schools a co-educational institution was established in 1999. Vision and foresight is the difference between any institution and the great ones.
St Juliana high schools- Gayaza and Seeta Campuses are mixed boarding schools offering both Arts and Science Subjects for both ‘O’ and ‘A’ Levels.
The Gayaza campus is located at Jolwe, 3 Km off Gayaza-Kalagi Road. The Seeta campus is located at lumuli 2 km along Seeta Namugongo road.
Julian Schools are recognized by the ministry of education for their relentless and outstanding contributions towards the education of the citizens in all spheres of life. The school has for many years offered bursaries to Buganda Kingdom under Buganda Kingdom Education Fund, through which less preveledged students get a chance to study at a reduced price.
