Kawempe: Sad news reaching Spy Uganda indicates that president Yoweri Museveni’s Blue-eyed girl in Kawempe Division breathes no more.
We have established that Deborah Nabukenya, who was the deputy Resident City Commissioner for Kawempe Division, passed away on Tuesday September 24, 2019.
Although news about the actual cause of her demise is still scanty, Nabukenya’s unfortunate passing on, which occurred at Mengo Hospital, was confirmed to Spy Uganda by the Kampala Resident City Commissioner (RCC) Faridah Mpiima Mayanja.
Nabukenya was one of National Resistance Movement (NRM)’s youngest cadres in Kampala and her untimely demise is a huge blow to the Party in Kawempe, where she was a promising politician.
May God keep her family, relatives and friends strong in this trying moment and make her rest in peace.
