Musician turned National Resistance Movement ( NRM) mobiliser Catherine Kusasira is regretting why she joined politics, because of the pressure that keeps piling on her every other day nowedays.
Kusasira, the Presidential Advisor on Kampala and artistes affairs, who was attacked with bottles while trying to perform at Nabugabo Sand Beach in Masaka on Boxing Day told her fans that she didn’t know the challenges involved in supporting NRM in Uganda today.

She added; “Nowadays I am getting all sorts of threats from various corners within the system”.
Kusasira currently lives in fear for her life and sources intimate that her security has since been doubled.
Meanwhile, forever upcoming artiste Ibrahim aka Big Eye was also treated to a rude welcome by charged revellers at a concert that had been organised by NBS TV at the Uganda Museum on January 1, 2020, dubbed ‘UnCut @ 1’ when he was also thrown bottles at and poured all tribes of liquids on, as they shouted that he should leave the stage.
Bouncers had to rush to Big Eye’s rescue and whisked him off stage before revellers became wilder.
It should be noted Big Eye is the now the fourth NRM artiste to be hit with bottles, after Moses Ssali aka Bebe Cool, Kusasira and Full Figure. Watch the space…
