This is because our Spy reveals that Museveni has added Kitaka another six months to the term of the acting Executive Director KCCA  and who knows; he might end up taking the job for good.

Kitaka, who replaced Jenifer Musisi, is a Ugandan civil engineer and public administrator, who serves as the Executive Director of Kampala Capital City Authority, in acting capacity, effective 18 December 2018.

In addition to his new responsibilities Kitaka serves as the Director of Engineering and Technical Services at KCCA, a position he has held since the formation of KCCA in 2011.
