Museveni To Address Nation On Schools, Churches & Bars’ Reopening Tomorrow

Kampala: The latest landing in from Senior Press Secretary to H.E the President of the Republic of Uganda, Nabusayi Lindah Wamboka, President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni is set to address the nation on the state of COVID-19 in the country.

According to Nabusayi’s Tweet, her boss will address the nation on the COVID19 situation and related issues on Wednesday, September 22, 2021, at 8pm.

Nabusayi further reveals that the address will be live on all Television and Radio Stations.

”Kaguta Museveni will address the Nation on the COVID19 situation and related issues on Wednesday, September 22, 2021, at 8pm. The address will be live on all Television and Radio Stations. Tune in,” said Nabusayi.

President’s address comes at a time when Ugandans mostly school children are crying for reopening fearing to register a dead year as a result of schools’ closure months back.

Other groups that have been hugely hit by the lockdown are bar operators and the music industry that has spent almost two years without working not forgetting places of worship.
