Museveni Visits Ailing Speaker Kadaga, Ex-President Moi Again

The President of Uganda H.E Yoweri Museveni has Friday paid visit to the speaker of Ugandan parliament Rt.Hon.Rebecca Kadaga, who has been hospitalized in Agha Khan Hospital in Nairobi, Kenya since early this week.

Museveni who is in Kenya on a three- day state-visit, which began on Tuesday, also today paid a visit to former Kenyan President Daniel Arap Moi who is also hospitalized.

Kadaga was transferred to Kenya earlier this week from Nakasero hospital where she was first admitted in the intensive care unit (ICU).

Kadaga had just returned from U.S. and Morocco where she was attending conferences.

“This morning, as I end my three- day visit to Kenya, I have visited the Mausoleum in Nairobi where founding President Jomo Kenyatta rests and paid my respects. I also visited Mzee Daniel Toroitich Arap Moi, our speaker, Rebecca Kadaga, who are both in hospital, and I wish them a speedy recovery,” President Yoweri Museveni posted on his social media account today.
