Nigerian PAP Member Scoops Telecom Engineering Degree at Cavendish

Justice Akile Wva, one of the Pan-African Pyramid (PAP) members from Nigeria is among the hundreds that graduated at Cavendish University last Friday at Common wealth resort-Munyonyo.

“After 4 years of hard, I have finally got my degree my bachelor’s degree in Telecom Engineering, thanks to my sweet mum who stood by me all the way, and you my friends in Uganda, my second home now” Akile said amidst ululations from all the PAP members who graced his graduation.

Akile’s mother, who couldn’t hide her excitement over her son’s achievement, had jetted in all the way from Nigeria two days before the event to attend the graduation.

Akile graduated alongside state minister for lands and Busoga princess Persis Namuganza.

This year’s graduation saw over 1190 students graduate in various academic disciplines. The University’s chancellor cum former Tanzania president  Benjamin Mkapa urged graduates to use their degrees to create jobs rather than  seeking for employment.
