You can fault Pius Bigirimana on anything else but his legacy will always tower out.
He is a man that leaves a positive mark wherever he goes as an accounting officer.
Bigirimana has not spent long in the Judiciary but he is going to save the Institution from spending colossal amounts of money i.e $1.6m, which was formally paid annually in rent for appellate courts.
He has built a 10 storied twin towers which has two parking floors which will accommodate over 226 vehicles. Each has a conference hall on top which will accommodate over 500 people while seated.
The buildings will have over 32 chambers for justices, 7 court halls and other several offices for clerks and registrars.
The buildings have other facilities like a gym for Judges only and restaurants for the general public, facilities for breastfeeding mothers, internet café, business centres, security services and ramps to cater for easy movement of the people with disabilities.
According to Pius the supreme Court will be completed and ready for use towards the end of June this year and Court of appeal towards end of September. Bravo, Bravo PS Pius Bigirimana.
