Kampala: Following the sudden death of Uganda dubbed East Africa Legislator MP Kasamba Mathias, Pan Africanists under their umbrella organization of Pan African Pyramid (PAP) has joined other Ugandans to condole the deceased.
Hon. Mathias Kasamba was announced dead on the evening of Tuesday, 27, 2021 at Nakasero Hospital in Kampala where he was hospitalized some days ago.
Penned by Mathias Lutwama, a pioneer member of PAP, the deceased has been described as a commendable conservationist not only in his home country Uganda but the entire East African region.

”With a heart of solace and imbued sorrow, I have been notified of the untimely quietus of HON KASAMBA MATHIAS, eminent legislator of the East African legislative assembly.
In the Scientology of environmental conservation, the Hon Kasamba awakened regional consciousness on the preservation of 12 million hectares in the EAC, through a massive tree planting campaign, teaching as well the value of ecological congruence to all regional leaders.
Confounding the normative tradition of the 1990s, he taught the citizenry in Kakuuto and greater Masaka by then, modern methods of agronomy, in line with the introspective aspiration of the NRA fathers.
As patriotic valour deems the tides, we shall be attending the memorial service and burial ceremony.
