Police Raid Former Ugandan Envoy’s Private Home

Security on Wednesday searched the storey posh home of former Ugandan envoy late Amb. Bakayana J. Kityo’s  posh home found on Nsaro-road, Old Kampala Plot/block no:231.

Detectives from old Kampala police division raided the home of Ex envoy at 08:30am to search for more exhibits/evidences relating to envoy’s son Sengooba K. Robert’s alleged illicit trafficking of army hardware from S. Africa into Uganda & his links of promoting, recruiting homos.

The envoy’s wife Ms. Birungi K. Florence also Sengooba’s mum wasn’t in the country at the time of the search & a one Julius a shamba boy & house girl were interrogated by police detectives briefly.

The incident came after late Amb. Bakayana’s biological son Sengooba spent nights in coolers at Kololo Summit view police post as investigators dug deeper into the crimes of illegal trafficking unauthorized firearms from S. Africa into Uganda & cases of promoting sodomy by recruiting jeveniles.

Credible security has it that Gen. Former Bubulo West legislator Hon. Kipoi N. Tonny & late Amb. Bakayana’s family, Dr.Kiyingi Aggrey were among those suspected to be behind this botched move & are also said to be incarcerated in Makindye Military prison.

The police operative team was led by Old Kampala Regional Police Commander Joram Mwesigye whom we asked of what they were looking for & what they found in the home of Mr.Sengooba’s late father Amb. Bakayana John Kityo.

The 3 star police officer replied that “am not the spokesman of Kampala Metropolitan Police”

When contacted the Kampala Metropolitan police, spokesman Mr. Simeo Nsubuga also declined to tell us what really they found in the home of the former ambassador, Bakayana Simeo, said it will jeopardise their investigations.

“Our officers took some exclusive documents, computers, money (in foreign currencies)some material used by homos during their sexual intercourse, & other exhibits which we shall use in court to pin Sengooba & his accomplices,” Simeo said.
