Kampala: President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has this morning led thousands of Ugandans in the walk against corruption in Uganda.
The historic Anti-Corruption Walk was kicked off at the Constitutional square in Kampala, where President Museveni led the throng in the treck to the Kololo Independence Grounds.
Apart from president Museveni, the Anti-Corruption Walk was also attended by several government officials and National Resistance Movement (NRM) stalwarts, ministers, army officers, artistes, academicians, among others.
Some of the notable Ugandans who attended the Anti-Corruption Walk include NRM Secretary General Justine Kasule Lumumba, Minister David Bahati, NRM Chief whip Rosemary Nankabirwa, Makerere University Vice Chancellor Prof. Barnabas Nawangwe, former Electoral Commsion chairperson Suleiman Kiggundu, among others.
