City tycoon Dr.Sudhir Ruparelia, under his charity Organization, Ruparelia Foundation, after taking over the Educational burden of the Seven-year-old sensational rapper Patrick Ssenyonjo aka Fresh Kid from both his parents and his manager just last week, he has now extended his long arm to touching the souls of Mbarara religious community.
The latest is that on Monday the tycoon under his Ruparelia Foundation donated bags of cement worth of millions of money towards the completion of a Multipurpose Hall of the Archdiocese of Mbarara Association (AMDA).
The multimillion hall, which will be a multipurpose facility will among others be used to hold Sunday masses and conference hall.
The contribution was received by treasurer of construction committee, Musimbi John who lauded the Foundation for the caring heart towards the great cause.
In the recent past, the foundation has also contributed to the construction of churches such as the completion of Our Lady Grace Chapel, contributed to transport facilities such as Kizinga Church of Uganda’s new vehicle, facilitated activities of religious leaders such as contributing to the Church of Uganda Archbishop’s Emergency Fund which organized the “Farewell of the 7th Archbishop and Enthronement of the 8th Archbishop of Church of Uganda”, as well as being part of the contributors at the launching ceremony of a book written by Emmanuel Cardinal Wamala.
Other contributions include, maintenance of the Shree Jalaram mandir (temple) by contributing to their 12-month expenditure , aiding in religious events such as contributing to the Eid celebrations, contributing to the festival of Astami Aarti Chadavo-Naratri – Shree Sanatan Dharma Mandal, working with the Saudi Embassy in contributing for the Holy Ramadhan among others.
