Kampala: The sad news reaching on our desk indicates that Head Teacher of King’s College Buddo Mr. Patrick Bakka Male has died.
Bakka has been Buddo’s head since 2008.
The news has been confirmed by a lawyer dubbed former Buddo old boy, Kato Mpanga who has tweeted thus;
“To the King’s College Budo community, I am very sorry to announce to you the untimely demise of Mr. Patrick Bakkamale, Headmaster 2008 to date. MHRIP and may God comfort his family and all the bereaved. Kitalo nyo.”
Meanwhile, the cause of death of the academic juggernaut is yet to be revealed although some sources say he was battling some ailments which are suspected to have led to his death.
About Bakka
He had a bachelor’s degree in Science with Education, majoring in Physics and Mathematics, a Masters’ degree in Education Administration and Planning.
He taught at Namilyango College for a few months in 1986. He later in the year went to King’s College Buddo where he taught Mathematics and Physics.
In 2002, he was posted to Muntuyera High School-Kitunga.
Between 2004 and 2007, he was transferred to Mengo Senior School as headteacher. In 2008, Male was transferred to King’s College Buddo until to date. RIP.
