Kampala: Songstress Evelyn Lagu’s is in dire condition after her health condition deteriorating yet again.
The ‘Ogumanga’ singer Evelyn Lagu who re-branded to Evelyn Love is currently in need of a kidney transplant.
It should be noted that Evelyn Lagu has been hospitalized several times battling heart-related complications.
The musician has since announced via her social media platforms that she is on a campaign to raise shillings 250M for the treatment.
She announced;
Good evening brethren this is to inform you that I will need a Kidney transplant soon so am on a fundraiser campaign. We looking for a sum of 200-250 million.

It should be recalled that news about Evelyn’s kidney complications first surfaced in the media in 2020 as she made a plea to friends and family to aid her foot the escalating medical bills.
Her alarm was successful as some of her fellow celebrities positively responded, stretching their contributions for her.
Through renowned City events promoter Balaam Barugahara, Evelyn’s financial shortages were collectively solved by UPDF’s Gen Proscovia Nalweyiso and Lucy Nakyobe.
Her health improved days later after receiving full medical attention at Nakasero Hospital.
However, it’s barely a year ever since she got back on her feet and now her life is back in intensive care and it is believed that the transplant session that has less than a month to save her life may be conducted in Nairobi or India.
