Kampala: It seems not even the sky is the limit for former Crane Bank city tycoon Sudhir Ruparelia, who is running a flourishing real estate empire.
Our Spies reveal that a few months after unveiling The Cube, Speke Apartments Wampewo Avenue and other multimillion real estate projects in Kampala, Sudhir has unveiled another swanky structure in Kitante, a city suburb, which houses a block of furnished apartments. The project called Speke Apartments Kitante is lining the skies of the upscale city suburbs and is already open to clients.
Ruparelia Group says that Speke Apartments is a luxurious and finest housing project in Kampala. Speke Apartments specialise in self-catering apartments for corporate, leisure and family travellers in Kampala for short or long term lets. “Our two and three bedroom apartments balance the style and hospitality of an intimate hotel with the space and comfort of a fully appointed luxury rooms,” said the Speke Apartments management.
Ruparelia Group’s housing projects are undertaken through Crane Management Services (CMS), a leading Real Estate company based in Kampala, Uganda. Accommodation daily rates for one bedroom apartment USD130 and USD2,000 monthly. A two bedroom apartment goes for USD160 daily and USD2,500 monthly. A two bedroom superior apartment goes for USD180 daily and USD2,800 monthly.
