A spate of bitter beef is raging on between celebrated TV stars Zahara Totto of NBS TV and Faridah Nakazibwe of NTV, over who is more fashionable and classy than the other.
Zahara hosts a gossip show on NBSTV dubbed ‘Un Cut’, whereas Nakazibwe is a news anchor cum Ssenga (relationship expert) on NTV.
According to our Spies, the bitter squabble between the two started a few days ago when Nakazibwe reportedly posted on social media childing Zahara Toto aka Entertainment Field Marshal for appearing on NBS screen dressed on clothes she buys from Owino market (Mivumba).
Spies intimate that Nakazibwe, who has since turned herself into a religious tweep, took to twitter and bashed Zahara for wearing ‘Mivumba’ (Secondhand clothes), instead of shopping from one of the top boutiques or stores in town.
“I’ve been following @lynda_ddane’s wardrobe…but this gal can spoil the day for any hater. Twawule engoye za Italy n’ezo ku mudaala…,” Nakazibwe tweeted.
However, the words didn’t go down well with Zahara, who soon thereafter retaliated viciously, by assuring Nakazibwe that she is too broke to even afford one of her (Zahara’s) attires.
“Is this all you could do? Could you even afford a single attire i wore last nyt for your presenters with the 50k you pay them?” Zahara fired back at Nakazibwe.
However, our Spies reveal that Nakazibwe has since gone mum about the matter, leaving many of her fans wondering whether she accepted that Zahara managed to put her in her place or she just ignored the matter.
But what is clear to our Spies is that there is boiling bad blood between the two TV stars and we hope it doesn’t turn bloody, because the two can no longer see eye to eye as you read this.
