Suspects In S.Sudanese Murder Case Charged,Remanded

Four men have been charged and remanded to Luzira prison over the murder of two South Sudanese businessmen,Mohammed Abdullah,30,and Ibrahim Bhakit at Arua Park in Kampala district over two weeks ago.

According to the charge sheet obtained by TheSpy reporter, it is stated  that Oryabitunga Nelson, Kanyomozi Deus, Gumisiriza Innocent, Namara Daniel and others at large on 15th/Sept/2018 at 04:00hrs at Arua Park, Juba city Hotel room No.01, in Kampala central division,Kampala District,murdered  Mohammed Abdullah,30, and Ibrahim Bhakit.

The suspects were also charged with aggravated robbery after it was established that the accused used a pistol No.UG PSOT-110206A011200944 to rob and kill the aforementioned victims.

While appearing before her worship Nahirya Esther at Buganda road court,the suspects were not allowed to take plea of their case since the court had no Jurisdiction over the matter. She remanded them to Luzira Prison till 24th September.
