The Waiting Is Over:Tycoon Sudhir’s $300M Kingdom Kampala Ready By May

City tycoon Dr.Sudhir Ruparelia’s multibillion Kingdom Kampala complex will be ready for tenancy occupancy by May 2019,TheSpy reports.

According to managing Director Ruparelia Group of companies, Rajiv Ruparelia, Crane Management Services (CMS),their construction company in-charge is putting up final touches on the $300m (approx.shs.1trillion) long awaited multipurpose complex, located in the city center formerly housing Shimoni demonstration Primary School.

The Hotel houses luxury rooms with conference facilities, events space, over six floors of posh/modern offices, a shopping center with an external pizza and entertainment facilities, residential apartments, parking facilities among others.

In a video clip, Mr.Rajiv explained that the facility, comfortably sitting on 22000 square metres has state-of-the-art six lifts each with 72 passenger capacity, with a parking space of up to 450 cars, to ensure customers’ convenience while at the complex.

“We have 100000 litres reserve water tank incase water goes, Sprinkler fire suppression systems, boosted by 400 CCTV Cameras, we have backup Generators to keep clients’ business and offices running, this is now the leading modern-day complex where you will be guaranteed of everything in one stop Centre,” said Rajiv.
