Very Tactical Man! Museveni Tactfully Locks Country Again By Banning Public & Private Transport, Curfew Time Pulled From 9pm To 7pm!

State House: In his latest address on COVID-19 this evening, tactical General Yoweri Museveni has issued new measures meant to curb the virus that has swallowed hundreds of lives in the last few months.

Actually, the truth is that he has put rhe county under Total lock down for the 42 days again, only that this time, it’s tactical.

Museveni allowed people to move but cut off both their public and private transport! Meaning you can’t move.

Below are summarized revised measures announced by President Museveni effective today 18/6/2021 at 10pm.

1. Public and Private transport banned for 42 days except trucks transporting goods.

2.Tourists from fully vaccinated countries to continue coming.

3. Emergency, police, essential and army vehicles to continue moving but will be given specific identifications.

4.The curfew time will be from 7pm to 5am country wide.

5.Entebbe International Airport will remain open. All cargo movements, to and out of Uganda will be allowed without any disruption.

6.Food Market Venders are advised to revert to the Presidential Directive of March 2020 to stay in their places of work.

7. Kikuubo and other Business Centres should be closed, and the situation reverts to the Presidential Directive of March 2020.

8. Burials to be restricted to the core family as applied in the military.

9.Bars, Discos, Sports Betting, and Cinema Halls remain closed.KCCA, URA and Local Government authorities are directed to close and seal off all the bars. Police should accordingly arrest and charge with hefty fines imposed for reopening.

10.All other sectors which are not specifically mentioned should consider themselves closed for the next 42 days.
