Tycoon Sudhir Ruparelia seems to be on a mission to provide, classy, affordable and trendy office and accommodation space for Ugandans operating in the Central Business District (CBD).
Spy Uganda reveals that just a month after Sudhir unveiling a multibillion commercial known as Electricity Plaza on Market Street in downtown Kampala, he has unleashed yet another mega structure, this time in the uptown suburb of Kololo.
Our Spy reveals that the swanky skyscraper that sits on over two acres along Prince Charles Drive in Kololo, has both office space and apartments, which are ready to be occupied.
We have learnt that the massive building, which is owned under Meera Group of Companies, has 14 floors with three wings, readily available for bookings, although it will officially be opened in 2020.
