Kampala: In our previous story, this website reported that Gad Masereka, a journalist based in Kampala has been struggling for the last five years to get justice for his late brother, Muhindo Godwin, aka Brown who was murdered on orders of Kyomuhangi Prudence.
Masereka had expressed his dissatisfaction over the prevalent corruption and injustices within Uganda’s legal and security systems as he has been struggled since October 23 2019 when his brother died after being tied on a tree and beaten by Kyomuhangi and her accomplices.

According to Masereka, Muhindo was brutally murdered on Wednesday morning, October 23, 2019, after being violently arrested by three men under the command of Kyomuhangi in Dungu zone, Kisaasi near the Police CCTV cameras, where he resided.
Since then, Masereka and his family have been following up their case in high court but all vain until August 20, 2023 when they were told that their case was dismissed on April 2023 although no one was notified about the court proceedings and how the case came to be dismissed with out their knowledge as complainants.
Now, the latest we have gathered is that the tree where the late was tied and killed has since been cut and the church where police recovered some evidence used in the killing has been allegedly been demolished.
Subsequently, Kyomuhangi whose charges were changed from murder to manslaughter was later granted bail and is allegedly no where to been seen according to Masereka.
